Follow the steps below if a scan was collected on the incorrect user profile
- Open a new email to your Customer Experience Manager, or to email@example.com, with the subject line “Please Migrate This Scan”.
- On the Sparta Cloud, navigate to the profile on which the scan was collected.
- Copy and paste the URL of the profile into the email and label it, “Type of Scan on Date”, signifying the type of scan that needs to be moved and when it was collected. For example, “Balance Scan on June 15, 2022”.
- Next, navigate to the correct user profile and copy that URL into the same email, labeled “Correct Profile”.
- Once email is sent, you will receive confirmation from the Customer Success Team. Please allow for up to 5 business days for your request to be fulfilled.
