How to Download the Sparta Scan App on Mac and iPad

Learn how to download and install the Sparta Scan App on your compatible device

First, confirm your device is compatible here:

Download the Sparta Scan app on MacBook

1. On the MacBook, the App Store by either Spotlight Search or using the Apple dropdown from the Menu Bar.
   1. Spotlight Search
      
      
   2. Menu Bar
2. Type, "Sparta Scan" into the App Store search bar, and hit Return key
   
   
3. Click Download or Install
   
   
4. Enter your Apple ID*
5. Once installation is complete, click Open
6. Right click (Control + Click) Sparta Scan App icon in the dock
7. Hover over Options, then select Keep In Dock to pin the to the dock on the MacBook

Download the Sparta Scan app on iPad

1. Open the App Store   iPad.
2. Tap the Search tab in the bottom right-hand corner.
3. Type “Sparta Scan” into the search bar.
   
   
4. Tap “GET” next to the Sparta Scan app.
   
   
5. When you open the Scan app for the first time you will be promoted to Enable Force Plate Drive.  Click "Open Setting"
   
   
6. Toggle on Force Plate Drive
