When an individual executes a movement test on the Sparta Movement Health Platform (SMHP) force-plate, the platform captures high frequency time series data generated from ground reaction forces, and then transforms that data into sets of distinguishing features (movement vital signs) that characterize the individual. Using machine learning models and statistical analysis, these features enable comparative movement health assessments for a variety of purposes (e.g. injury risk, fall risk, recovery state, & occupational performance).
The SMHP provides the ability for organizations to track members’ movement health over time and to manage communication of training/therapy recommendations to those members over time through a cloud-based web and mobile application.
