I've recently flagged some scans that didn't seem right. Now what?

Within the Sparta Scan App, there is now the option to flag a scan during collection. The following are a few circumstances in which the flagging feature may be used:

  1. Something in the data appears to be off. This could range from a clearly inaccurate body weight displayed at the end of the scan, to a jump height appearing to be distinctly different from the others.
  2. Excessive scan errors. If you are seeing repetitive and excessive errors during an assessment, flag the scan so our Product team may review it. In the meantime, here are some reasons why you might see errors during a scan.

Flagged scans go directly to our Product team for review. You will receive feedback via your Customer Experience Manager once the scan is examined.
